How To Hear In-Game Sounds With USB Headphones on a PS3]



Hey guys this Universezero, today I am
going to be showing you how to use a
usb headset or headphones
to hear in game sounds on a PS3.
Now, usually this is impossible due
to the fact that the PS3 does not
allow you
to output audio except voice communications
through the usb ports
So I'm going to show your way
around that.
My monitor here
does not actually have a headphone jack
on it, but if
you have TV that you plug into a something
like that that's going to make things
a lot simpler.
The first you need to do is plug in
your PS3 via HDMI cable to
your monitor
so that's simple enough; you'll get
video but you won't get audio
uh... the next thing you need to do...
now if your monitor or TV
doesn't have a
headphone jack
you're going to need one of these. This
is an AV output that just plugs in there
and then comes out with yellow
red and white, which I've got over here
if you have a TV that has as a headphone jack
all you are going to need is
something like this which is a
double ended
headphone jack cord, so it's just headphone jack on either side
uh... that's all you're going to need.
If you don't have a TV that has that
then you will need one of these cables
which is just female red and white AV to headphone jack
If you don't have a monitor...
sorry, if you don't have the headphone jack

then you just like these two in here
and plug that into the microphone slot
if you do have a headphone jack
in your TV
then you simply plug this into the TV
and then plug the other end into the
microphone slot
once you've done that
you need to go to your computer
you need to
go up to your uh...
sound device here
and go recording devices
you then make sure your default
output is the headset
which is uh... Logitech (in this case)
then right-click on your built-in microphone
then go properties
click on listen
listen to this device and make sure that
the playback
goes through
the headset
then you click apply
now if you have the TV
plugged into your microphone jack
or the AV cable with the adapter
plugged into your microphone jack then you
should be able to hear audio
however if you are using the AV jack, you will need to go into
sound settings
and go audio output settings and choose
this one here: the AV output
so it's not a outputting through HDMI. If you are plugged into the TV it will
it will just go through the HDMI into the computer
so if we go up here
yep i can hear the key tone coming out
through the headset
And yeah, that's all there is to it. It's
pretty simple
It allows you to use any
headset or headphones that can
plug into your computer.
At the moment this cable here
is plugged into my speakers so i can use
my speakers as well as my headset
depending on what i want
And yeah, that's it.

Cara memperbaiki audio
Katakanlah hancur
Pada suatu rekaman kita bisa saja mendapatkanaudio dengan kualitas yang
Kurang baik
Disini saya memiliki rekaman audio
Suatu show lokal
Jika anda dari Jawa Barat anda pasti mengenal dari mana asal kesenian ini
Disini kita mengambil audio dengan device terpisah
Dengan menggunakan voice recorder
Dengan kualitas yang tidak begitu baik
Kita lihat disini
Ada ketidak seimbangan antara channel kanan dan kiri dari audio kita
Kemudian
Suaranya juga naik turun

Untuk memperbaikinya kita bisa menggunakan
Effect audio Dynamics
Kemudian Fill Left atau Fill Right
Kemudian EQ atau Equalizer
Kemudian bisa juga menambahkan Denoizer
Untuk menyeimbangkan
Channel Left dan Channel Right
Channel kiri dan kanan dari audio ini kita menggunakan
Disini kita lihat
Yang banyak terisi adalah channel sebelah kiri
Maka kita akan menggunakan Fill Left
Ini sudah seimbang tetapi volume suara masih naik turun
Kita akan menggunakan Dynamics
Untuk menyeimbangkan agar wave form ini stabil
Kita klik audio ini kemudian pindah ke tab effect control di monitor ini
Kemudian kita atur parameter Dynamics-nya
Coba kita otomatiskan barangkali bisa langsung bagus audionya
Ada beberapa parameter yang harus dirubah sepertinya
Ini masih naik turun
Ini sepertinya sudah seimbang, sudah agak mendingan dari pada yang tadi
Hal ini bisa dilihat di volume indicator
Dia sudah stabil tidak naik turun
Jika dibandingkan dengan tanpa menggunakan effect dynamics
Akan sangat berbeda jauh sekali
Wave formnya turun
Dan volumenya juga tidak begitu enak didengar
Setelah dynamics kita bisa tambahkan
EQ atau equalizer
Kita coba diotomatiskan ke bass enhance
Ini harus diaktifkan dulu
Kalau tidak aktif
Tidak akan meng effect walaupun kita merubah-rubah parameternya
Nah ini sudah mendingan dibandingkan dengan audio awalnya
Audio aslinya
Kemudian kita bisa menambahkan denoiser untuk menghilangkan noise
Kita expand di custom setup ini
Kemudian kita play dan atur paramater denoiser-nya
Ya ini sudah lebih baik dibandingkan dengan audio awalnya
