Samsung Galaxy Note 2 Tips & Tricks Episode 68: Lowest Volume Not Low Enough, Set Lower Volume


hello everyone Michael here with the daily
note 2 youtube channel and welcome to
another episode today i want to show you
a free app that I personally can't live
without called
Music Volume EQ the reason i love this app is
that i sometimes find the lowest
volume too loud for playing music or
videos for example
i like
millions of people out there have a
difficult time falling asleep in
complete silence
so i always need something going
in the background
like a TV show to lull me to sleep
and it needs to be at the right volume level
not too loud to wake me up after i falling asleep
and not too quiet that it's the same as
trying to fall asleep without anything in
the background
i believe it is a well-known practice to
relax the mind that is practiced by
people all over the world
but the problem is this
go to the settings
and sound
volume
as you can see
for media
there are only sixteen levels of
adjustment there and even at the
lowest volume
i find that it is too loud
for speakers and earphones
the solution is to install this app
called music volume EQ in the google
play store it's free it has some ads on it
but it's not that bad
this app controls the built-in equalizer
on the samsung galaxy note 2 so install
it and open it
to enable it click on the EQ button
on the bottom middle
and turn all these levers
all the way down
you only need to do this one-time
it saves it
the next time you open it
after you're done doing that just
quickly tap on the power button on the top
right hand corner
now that the equalizer is enabled
you could go to your music player or video
player
just going to start a quick video
and when i adjust the volume
to really high
to where would
nearly blew up my speakers normally
you could see that it's barely audible even
at the max level fifteen so
you could see that the volume has been
severely reduced and
we're just fine-tuning it now
now you can adjust the minimum volume
to the exact level that works for you
when you are done
you could disable the equalizer
by just hitting that power button
but you need to long press on the power
button and you could see that
the little icon has disappeared
just in case you have the same
problems falling asleep like i do and
use the same method
or you may want to watch something
with sound
without annoying anyone that
may be near proximity in a quiet room
I find that music volume EQ is
an absolute necessity
I also want to quickly mention that
while trying to find the best solution
to this problem I also purchased Fine
Volume Control V2.0 and equalizer
the fine volume control i felt that
it conflicted a lot with the samsung galaxy
note 2 so it didn't work although
i spent a lot of time on trying to get
it to work
as for equalizer
even though i feel this is the better app
to gain controls that make it
slightly more convenient than the free app
here
you need to pay for it
and we're really talking about
saving about one tap
out of maybe like six taps total every time
you need to enable the equalizer

video i am going to show you how to adjust
the volume of the video in sony vegas pro
yes. open sony vegas pro and fetch the video
file into the editor panel, now we can reduce
or increase the volume of the of the video
in 3 different ways first 1 is here we can
see the volume slider we can move this volume
slide to increase or decrease the volume of
the video let's move this volume slide bar
to forward let's play this video and it's
playing with a high volume here we can observe
the rad symbol so this is the first way now
lets see the second day of adjusting the volume
so we have to drag like this to downside to
reduce the volume it's very simple reduce
the volume of the video simultaneously we
can do this to increase and reduce the volume
and the third way of adjusting the value is
select the audio track and trace we from the
keyboard letter V, now we can able to see
the street line on the audio track so we can
move this line to up site to increase the
volume and on site to reduce the volume of
the video friends we have a 1 more advantage
here are by using this tool, can we fade up
the volume of the video and also fade down,
so like this we can adjust the volume in 3
